We were accepted for our Not For Profit Society status now which enables us to apply for various grants and funding for the buidling of the skatepark.

SC2 is currently applying for Not for Profit Society status and are looking for more individuals to serve as directors on the board.
We welcome any community members
that would love to volunteer and make a difference in the future of Springbook's youth.

Skatepark Design Session #2 and Open House

Here is some more refined designs of the skatepark. Please come out to the Design Session #2 on October 6th at 5pm to discuss and help finalize the Springbrook Skatepark.
Adam Gregory Summer 2014 Concert

This summer's Adam Gregory concert/fundraiser for Springbrook's skatepark was another huge success. A great big thanks goes out Adam Gregory for another great show, also many thanks to all the companies/individuals that generously donated items for the silent auction.
Gearing Up For a New Year

Just a heads up that we are gearing up for a new year with the Springbrook Skatepark Committee. Our first meeting of the Fall season is Wednesday, September 17th
at the Springbrook Fire Hall.
We are inviting anyone that's interested in helping build a skatepark in Springbrook to come out to the meeting!

Red Deer County Support for SC2

Springbrook's skatepark gets major support from the Red Deer County.
1.2 acres of land on a long term lease plus and initial grant of $50,000.00 going towards project design with an additional $150,000.00 on the confirmation of local community support.
