Myths vs. Reality
June 3, 2015
Meeting called to order at 7:06pm
Attendance - In attendance: Adrian, Dwight, Bob, Marty, Glen
Approval of minutes from previous meeting –May 6, 2015 Dwight motions to approve minutes, Marty Seconds - Motion Carried
Standing Committee Reports
Treasurers Report – banking info - Bob - Bob forgot to print report, will send email later to report bank balance.
Marketing Report – Website - Marty - Marty upgrading template for website, he will back up the website for update.
Fundraising Report – TBD - Made $170 at car wash, spent 270 for supplies and BBQ stuff, Havn't taken in bottles yet to get total.
CFEP grant application - Adrian will continue with the write up for the CFEP grant then leave the financial part of the grant in the Community Associations hands.
Lease agreement with the county - Lease is done, it has been returned to the county and is being filed.
Co-op grant - Grant was submitted on May 15, we will hear back at the end of September.
Lease for tennis court - The lease has been signed, submitted to the county insurance carrier and filed.
Ramps - Glen is working on the ramps this Sunday (June 7), we need signs for the ramps - Dwight will organize getting signs done, Adrian will post on facebook when the park is open
Summer Meeting Schedule - Is everyone ok with taking a few months break to recuperate - resounding yes!
Summer fundraisers - Adrian Motions to take summer off as we have all been working hard, we will get back to fundraisers in September. Dwight seconds, motion carried.
September bottle drive/car wash - Tentative date is set for Sept 19 for car wash and bottle drive.

Open House/ community consultation and final design session October 6
